La Casetta del Pàstine is a stone country house within the Pàstine estate, from which it takes its name. The estate, extended on about 2 hectares, was once included in the San Michele Castle’s properties, and it is here that the prince and the local aristocracy usually spent their hot summer days, under the centuries-old trees shade.

 

One of the Casetta’s main features is certainly the design choice of at-sight implants, renewed according to a conservative and minimally invasive approach, a design solution that gives the house a very suggestive atmosphere.

  

The entrance and some of the windows of the house overlook Piazza dell'Oca, a small private, quiet and welcoming corner. The house is provided with a kitchen,two bathrooms, a bedroom and a large living area with sofa bed and TV. An old but faithful wood-burning fireplace will warm you during cold winter, while an outdoor terrace, with a beautiful view that opens towards the Tiber Valley, will make you spend delightful summer evenings.
